  • RankovaTech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless stated otherwise in the contract.
  • Any third-party software, plugins, or licenses used remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect client confidentiality and do not share sensitive information.
  • Client data is stored securely, and we comply with data protection regulations.
  • Clients are responsible for securing their own credentials, passwords, and business information.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes in SEO, marketing, or third-party software integrations.
  • Clients are responsible for backing up their own data.

8. Termination & Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the contract.
  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
  • In case of termination, any unpaid invoices must be settled before project closure.

9. Governing Law
